Your data is processed on the basis of your consent. By completing the following form, you authorise the ROULLIER Group, in its capacity as data controller, the registered office of which is at 27 avenue Franklin Roosevelt 35400 Saint-Malo, to process and collect your data.
All your data will be processed for recruitment purposes, in particular to create your personal space and to determine whether your experience and qualifications match job vacancies within the ROULLIER Group and job vacancies for which you have applied. That data also allows us, where applicable, to notify you of offers that have recently become available.
Providing certain data, indicated on the form as mandatory, is conditional for the analysis of your on-line application, failing which you will not be able to apply.
The information collected is stored within the European Union and will not be transferred to a third country. Only persons working in the recruitment process (recruitment department, human resources, management and directors) will have access to that information.
Your data will be stored for a maximum of 2 years from your last action as an applicant (log-in to your personal space, updating your CV, application for a job advert, etc.) or until you ask for it to be removed.
In accordance with the applicable national and European law, you have a right to access your data, a right to ask for it to be rectified or erased or to request its portability, as well as a right to request limited processing of your Data and a right to withdraw your consent. You may also object to alerts sent to you by email at any time.

You are also entitled to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Unless otherwise required by local regulations, you must ensure that the documents submitted as part of your application (directly filled-in information or attachments) do not contain any sensitive information.
Information that directly or indirectly reveals actual or assumed affiliation or non-affiliation with an ethnic group or an alleged race, morality, sexual orientation or sex life, political, religious or philosophical opinions, health, trade union or mutual insurance activity, your criminal convictions or offences or your social security number, is regarded as sensitive.
